1. General provisions

This Policy describes how the personal data of visitors to bairamoff.com (the “Site”) is processed and protected. It is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.

By submitting a form on the Site or contacting us through links on the Site, you agree to this Policy.

2. Data controller

3. What data we process

Data you provide in the “Brief” and “Quick contact” forms and in messages: name, phone number, email address, messenger username, company name, and details about your task and project.

Technical data sent by your browser: cookies, IP address, device and browser type, pages and actions on the Site. It is collected in anonymized form by the Yandex Metrica web analytics service.

4. Why we process data

To respond to your inquiry and contact you in a convenient way; to prepare a proposal, prototype and specification; to conclude and perform a contract; and to improve the Site based on web analytics.

We do not use your data for mailings without your separate consent and we never sell it.

5. Legal grounds

Your consent as a data subject (Art. 6(1)(1) of Law 152-FZ), given when you submit a form, and the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party (Art. 6(1)(5) of Law 152-FZ).

6. How we process data

Processing includes collecting, recording, organizing, storing, updating, using and deleting data, with and without automated means.

Data is not shared with third parties except where needed for the purposes in Section 4: the Site’s hosting provider, the Yandex Metrica service, and the messenger you chose to contact us (Telegram, WhatsApp). Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

7. How long we keep data

Until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than three years from your last contact, or until you withdraw consent. After that, the data is deleted.

8. Your rights

You can request information about what data of yours is processed, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to bari56@mail.ru. We will reply within 10 business days.

9. Cookie

The Site uses cookies to function and for web analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the Site will keep working, but some features may become unavailable.

10. Data protection

We protect data with organizational and technical measures: the site runs over secure HTTPS, and access to inquiries is restricted.

11. Changes to this Policy

The Controller may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page. Version dated 2 October 2026.
